Clay Mowers has been involved in the health insurance business beginning with New York Life since 1990. He has been an independent broker working with numerous health insurance companies and plans over the past 19 years. Prior to the health insurance business, he worked in family banking for 15 plus years and spent four years in the United States Air Force as a JAG officer. He has a Bachelor’s and Law Degree from Drake University in Des Moines, Iowa.

Clay specializes in Health, Medicare, Life, Dental, Vision and Disability Insurance for Individuals and Small companies. He also specializes in Section 125 Cafeteria Plans.

Randy Greenfield has been involved in entrepreneurial companies his entire life. Randy grew up in Brighton, CO and now resides with his wife and baby in Windsor. He was part of a family company from an early age and understands the needs of the entrepreneur. After running a trash business with his father in North Denver and operating a cellular phone business in Northern Colorado, Randy joined forces with Clay Mowers to form Mowers & Greenfield which has become a top agency in the Northern Colorado region. He has been a member of NAHU (National Association of Underwriters) which is the top association for informing and educating agents of all the most pressing insurance and poltical issues that may affect you as a consumer. Randy was recently elected as Vice President of the Northern Colorado NAHU and will be representing the association in Washington, DC with the recent healthcare reform initiatives.
